The ice cream parlor has organized itself super well with stations! Station 1: Order. Station 2 to 4: waiting, to go. Station 5: Pay. Station 6: Take your order to the seat. You leave the dishes when you go. Class scheme. It goes very quickly this way. Oh yes ... the ice cream tastes great and the portions are huge 😃👍

Ice cream okay - loads, but not special. Last time I went the service was terrible - asked for my table to be cleared; asked for them to take my order; waited 30 minutes for one coffee and no ice. Gave up waiting for the rest of my order.

Never seen such incompetent staff. With us it would have been released (even restaurateur). After we asked the service staff 3 times whether we could order something, she finally recorded something about 30 minutes later. Spartan tables were disinfected and no questions were asked about personnel regarding CoronaSchVo. We'll definitely go to the competitor next time.

The ice cream is super delicious therefore 3 stars. The negative is that the tables are not disinfected or washed with a cloth. The distance regulation cannot be adhered to as the tables are in the outside area. You sit back to back there. We didn't need to leave any contact details either

It was our first time at the ice cream café San Remo and we loved it !! The staff is really very child-friendly and even cut extra fresh strawberries for our child. There was a lot of choice and all varieties looked very, very tasty. We tried 5 different varieties and all of them did what they looked like.

NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!!!! First waited 10 minutes until the listless young waiter noticed us after we spoke. Then ordered 3 milkshakes and 1 iced tea. After 22 minutes the iced tea came. Other guests who ordered after us were almost finished. We then paid for the iced tea after another 10 minutes and canceled the shakes and complained. The waiter didn't seem to care. He even gave too little change back and didn't apologize after we made him aware of it. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ice cream tasted pretty artificial. I cannot understand most of the reviews. When we wanted to enjoy a delicious ice cream last weekend, we ordered four ice creams and unfortunately all the ice creams tasted artificial and cheap. The price for the scoops is okay, but the sundaes are quite expensive.

Best ice cream parlor I know. The ice cream was delicious and the ice cream bowl was beautifully designed. The prices are reasonable too.

The ice cream tastes good, even if I have found remnants of chocolate ice cream on my spaghetti ice cream. The service was not good. A young temporary worker who unfortunately was a little overwhelmed. I had to wait 30 minutes for my ice cream, although it wasn't too full. The operation took place only by loud shouting. The location outside is nice.

We love to drive here from Dortmund to eat one of the best ice cream there is. Unbelievable what you get here for your money. We always like to come back!

Fantastic ice cream and they always give plenty of it!

Very tasty ice cream and certainly 25-30 different sorts. 1.20 euros for a ball, but those are huge balls. If we were close again then we would definitely come back!
